This notice is to cardholders under the following card programs:

(together, the “Card Programs”).
This notice is to inform you, as a cardholder under one or more of the Card Programs, that Prepaid Financial Services Limited and PFS Card Services Ireland Limited, as the card issuers of the above Card Programs, will respectively introduce a monthly dormant account maintence fee of £2.50 (for cards issued in the UK) and €2.50 (for cards issued in the EEA) per month for cards/accounts that have expired or terminated.
These charges will be implemented on the Fee Implementation Date set out above.
This notice is also to inform you that you have a right to redeem the balance of your account or card at all times, subject to the redemption fee set out in the terms and conditions originally issued to you. Please note:
- the redemption fee will not apply the first year following card/account expiry or termination;
- the redemption fee will not apply if you request a redemption prior to the implementation date, 30 June 2022; and
- you will not be entitlted to redeem the amount on your card/account if the applicable redemption fee is the same or greater than such amount on your card/account.
To request redemption, please contact our customer service - [email protected] – with information about your card or account. Please be advised that under applicable law, we may be required to request additional information and documents about your identity to process a redemption request.
